What is the difference in each day's flying displays?

How do I become part of the aviation fly-in?

Can I tune into the radio frequency?
Unfortunately, due to restrictions and safety measures in place to protect the pilots, we are unable to disclose the radio frequency. Our commentators give full coverage of the movements of our pilots, so please listen out to them on the day.

TicketsWhere can I buy tickets?
There are a number of ways in which you can buy tickets for Wings & Wheels 2011:

Will I incur a booking fee?
All online and telephone payments using a credit/debit card will include a £2.00 booking fee. Paying by cash at ticketing outlets does not incur an additional fee. |
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Yes, tickets will be available for purchase on the day at the ‘On the Day Price’

Do you sell weekend passes?
We are selling weekend passes to Wings & Wheels 2011. However, these can only be bought in person from Dunsfold Park Estate Office or via our online shop. Please see our 'Tickets' page for pricing information, or call 01483 542226. |
Do you sell concession tickets?
No. We do not have reduced priced tickets for concessions. |
Do you offer hospitality packages?
Yes. Prices start from £125.00 per adult, and £65.00 per child, buy now from our online shop or for more information please refer to the 'Hospitality' sections under 'Tickets' or contact Wings & Wheels on 01483 542226. |
Can I make group booking?
Yes, we offer a group booking discount of 10% for parties with over 10 adults, please call 01483 542226 in order to make this booking. |
ParkingCan I get back to my car during the day?
Yes, you will be allowed access to your car throughout the day. Please make sure you get stamped to allow re-admittance. |
What is the postcode for Sat Nav?
GU6 8HY. This postcode will get you to the correct area; however, you will need to look out for Wings & Wheels signage to direct you to the correct entrance. |
Is there parking for motorbikes?
Yes, you will be directed on arrival to our hard-standing motorbike parking area.

Do you have a drop off point or taxi set down?
Yes. Please enter through either of the two gates and follow signage and marshal's directions to the drop off zone.
Local taxi firms familiar with Dunsfold Park include Speedwells 01483 423333; Jake Private Hire 01403 786818 or Ashby Private Hire 01483 860700. Alternatively hire Scoot2Boot on 07769 886670 for a personal driver to take you and your car home. |
Which gate do I enter from?
Admission to Wings & Wheels is via two different entrances from Alfold and Dunsfold– please follow event signage on the day. Please note Stovolds Hill will be closed for the duration of the weekend. There is NO ACCESS to Wings & Wheels from this entrance. |
Is there parking on site?
Yes. Free car parking is provided on the site for all visitors. |
Is there parking for the disabled?
Yes. Parking for disabled badge holders is provided close to the public arena. |
GeneralIs there camping on site?
On site camping is available to everyone at Wings & Wheels this year! For further information on camping please see the 'Staying' page, or call 01483 542226. |
Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no dogs will be admitted onto the airfield, except for official assistance dogs. Dogs MUST NOT be left in cars for the duration of your visit. The car parks will be regularly checked and the Police will be called to break car windows if an animal is found in a locked vehicle. |
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Picnics are welcome; however we do offer a full complement of concessions where visitors will be able to purchase food, drinks and other refreshments. |
What time will the gates open?
On both Sunday and Monday admissions are from 9am, with the Airshow finishing at 6pm. Gates will be closed at 7pm. |
Which charities is Wings & Wheels 2011 supporting?
We are continuing to support the same charities as 2010 which are Brooklands Museum Trust, Help for Heroes, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance and Cranleigh Village Hospital Trust. Please visit our 'Charities' page for further information. |
Who do I need to speak to about having a trade stand at Wings & Wheels?

Is there any public transport to get to the event?
Unfortunately, the local public transport does not operate over the weekend. The nearest train stations are Godalming and Guildford and you would then need to hire a taxi to reach the airfield. |
Can I take pictures/film?
Yes, still photography and videos may be taken throughout the day. |
Can I have a BBQ?
For health and safety reasons we are unable to allow any BBQs or naked flames (including candles) on the showground. |
Do you have reserved seating?
There is no reserved seating, however grandstand tickets are available for purchase in advance and on the day. Please visit the Grandstand section under Tickets, for further information. |
Will the show go ahead if it rains?
Wings & Wheels is not weather dependent and will go ahead even if the weather is poor. We recommend visitors dress appropriately for the time of year and weather on the day. |
Is the showground suitable for wheelchairs?
All of the showground area is grass, which may not be suitable for wheelchairs.
Renta Scoota have generously agreed to provide those requiring assistance with mobility scooters for their day at Wings & Wheels.
If you would like to have the use of a scooter for the day, please call Dave at Renta Scoota on 02392 240335 to pre-book your scooter for free, quoting Wings & Wheels. Please note that booking a scooter at the Show will incur a £20.00 charge - so book in advance!
