Please be aware that this form registers your interest for participation in the 'Visiting Aircraft Fly-In' at Wings & Wheels 2012 at Dunsfold Aerodrome. This form does not guarantee your slot at the show.
A decision will be made about fly-in participants by the aviation panel in July 2012. Once a decision has been reached you will be contacted regarding the outcome of your application.
There will be a charge of £15.00 per person on arrival for visitors to the show (standard On the Day price is £22.00)

Aircraft will be selected from the register in July 2012
Demand always exceeds available slots and we regret that we are not able to accommodate all registered enquiries
Arrival slots will only be available before the commencement of the Flying Display (approximately 09:00—10:45 LOCAL)
Departure slots will only be available after the completion of the Flying Display (approximately 18:15 LOCAL)
We regret that we will not be able to provide aviation fuel or any other facilitates for visiting aircraft
Briefing notes will be sent to selected aircraft in July/August 2012
