Wings & Wheels hospitality facilities are located in the heart of the action with informal indoor and outdoor seating areas to accommodate you and your guests.
With a variety of hospitality options over the show weekend, interactive cookery and prime viewing of the air displays and motoring demonstrations, Wings & Wheels is the place to impress, relax and enjoy a British summer's day.

VIP Hospitality
For only £150 (incl. VAT) per person, you can take advantage of our VIP Hospitality which includes:
- Event admission ticket
- VIP parking area
- Exclusive indoor hospitality area
- Private garden viewing area
- Two course buffet lunch
- Private allocated tables for 2 – 12 guests
- Tea, coffee and soft drinks served all day
- Mid afternoon cream tea
- Cash bar
- Souvenir programme
Children aged 5 – 15 years are priced at £75 (incl. VAT). Group booking discounts for tables of 10 or more are available upon request. Please speak to a member of the team regarding Under 5's.

Private Marquee
If you need something more flexible, why not book your own Private Marquee? Available for one day only or the whole weekend, choosing a Private Marquee from one of three sizes enables you to dress the facility to suit your needs. Prices start from £900 + VAT and come with the following package:
- Exclusive hospitality area with furniture
- Private viewing area with furniture
- VIP parking area
- Private toilets
Catering is not included and event tickets are additional and need to be purchased in advance. Bookings made in advance will secure our special rates of £20 per adult, £6 per child and £45 for a family ticket (2 adults, 3 children).
