The most exciting, explosive Wings & Wheels to date enthralled and delighted over 30,000 visitors on Sunday 26th and Monday 27th August.  A fantastic combination of new and old aircraft thrilled crowds as the Red Arrows, Vulcan and Battle of Britain Memorial flight took part in the five hour airshows along with unique formation displays from the Meteor T7 and Hawker Hunter, Spitfire and Mustang, Fokker and Apache.

Wings & Wheels photos day one

We had an amazing day yesterday. Over 7,000 cars and approximately 20,000 people.

Our official photographer Tony Hart has uploaded a few snaps from yesteday here, which gives a taste of what visitors have to look forward to today!

Ladies and gentlemen the Captain has now turned on the fasten seat-belt sign so please return to your seat, ensure your seat back and tray tables are in their full upright position as you are about to experience the journey of a life-time on-board the UK's most famous Boeing 747 at Wings & Wheels 2012. 

The oldest operational British jet, the Gloster Meteor T7, is the latest star to be announced in the already impressive 5 hour aviation display which will be taking place at Dunsfold Wings & Wheels this bank holiday weekend.

B-25 Mitchell Cancelled

The Wings & Wheels team are sad to report that despite long and hard labour by the technicians at the RNLAF, thay have confirmed today that they haven't been able to bring the B-25 Mitchell to flying status in time to attend our Airshow.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service

Following his two celebrated showcase events this year, Olympics opening ceremony aerial stuntman GARY CONNERY will make an exclusive appearance at Dunsfold Wings & Wheels on Monday 27th August.

The Wings & Wheels team are thrilled to announce we have successfully set the new Guinness World Records title for 'Longest line of toy cars' and our certificate is winging its way to Dunsfold Aerodrome.

Rally for Heroes hit the road

Britain's 2012 Rally for Heroes departed from Dunsfold Park on Saturday 18th August, waved on their way by over 100 family and friends as well as legendary commentator Murray Walker.

The Wings & Wheels launch got off to a flying start yesterday (Tuesday 14th August) as two Hawks swooped in to help the team with their Guinness World Record attempt.

Records are currently being smashed left right and centre at the London 2012 Olympics and Wings & Wheels are getting in on the act with their very own Guinness World Record attempt on Tuesday 14th August.
