The Wings & Wheels launch got off to a flying start yesterday (Tuesday 14th August) as two Hawks swooped in to help the team with their Guinness World Record attempt.

Records are currently being smashed left right and centre at the London 2012 Olympics and Wings & Wheels are getting in on the act with their very own Guinness World Record attempt on Tuesday 14th August.

With a glittering history in motorsport and bringing some glamour to the Wings & Wheels motoring demonstrations, 3 lovingly restored Lola T70s will be reliving their youth by powering up the Dunsfold Park runway on Sunday 26th & Monday 27th August 2012.

The unique image of the Sopwith Triplane, which caused the Germans to turn tail and avoid combat in the First World War, along with its fierce German counterpart, the Fokker Triplane, are the latest additions to the Wings & Wheels line-up.

Your Airshow Needs You!

The Wings & Wheels team, including trusty mascot Sid, are calling on all aviation and motoring enthusiasts to volunteer at this year's charity airshow on Sunday 26th and Monday 27th August.

Another year, another fantastic new and original colour scheme from the RAF Tucano Display Team. The patriotic, Jubliee inspired paint job on the Tucano T1 will be on display at Wings & Wheels on Monday 27th August 2012.

Hold onto your seats and prepare yourselves for one of the most exciting in air spectacles at Wings & Wheels as the Shows favourite parachutists from The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment's Parachute display team - "The Tigers" - drop into the arena.

Visitors to this year's Wings & Wheels can be forgiven for thinking they are being hunted as the Show welcomes the Army's skillful tank destroyer, the Apache helicopter. The fierce defender of the skies will be on display for the first time at Dunsfold Aerodrome as the Attack Helicopter Display Team joins the incredible Wings line-up.

Dunsfold Wings & Wheels is thrilled to confirm that aviation's favourite tipple, Spitfire Premium Kentish Ale, has signed up to support the charity airshow for its 8th consecutive year. The Kent brew will take a leading role in the 2012 show held at Dunsfold Aerodrome in Surrey on Sunday 26th and Monday 27th August.

It was the smoking tyre squeals, heart pumping action and tantalisingly close shaves that captivated crowds in 2011 and ensured the eagerly anticipated return of the Stunt Zone at Wings & Wheels this August Bank Holiday Weekend.
