Popular demand means Swift return for Stunt Zone

It was the smoking tyre squeals, heart pumping action and tantalisingly close shaves that captivated crowds in 2011 and ensured the eagerly anticipated return of the Stunt Zone at Wings & Wheels this August Bank Holiday Weekend.

Back by popular demand, headline act Paul Swift will once again take to the tarmac to perform a high tempo choreographed routine to music which will include world record j-turns, fast action parallel parking, pirouettes and two wheel driving. Paul Swift's performance allows visitors to get up close to the action and with competitions running via the show's social network sites, visitors can even be in with the chance of winning a hair raising passenger ride with Paul on the show day!

Raising the profile of the 'Wheels' element of the show and generating more motoring action for visitors to enjoy, Paul Swift will be joined by a selection of eclectic 'kustom' American Hot Rods that will parade around the Stunt Zone so visitors can experience the unique throaty engine gurgle and the surprising acceleration of these beautifully maintained machines. NEW to the 2012 Stunt Zone 'Learn 2 Wheelie' will also be joining the line-up, aiming to prove that two wheels are just as dramatic as four with some captivating motorcycle stunt performances throughout the day.

Sarah Bullen, Wings & Wheels Arena Manager, comments: "We had such a positive response from visitors following the introduction of the Stunt Zone last year that we couldn't wait to announce its return in 2012. Paul Swift is already a show favourite and we are delighted he will be joining us along with some nail-biting NEW performances. The acts will not only complement the existing motoring displays on the Runway and in the Arena but also allow our visitors to be just a few meters away from some spectacular motoring action."

The Stunt Zone can be found in the 'Wheels' section of the show arena and will have performances running every hour. Visitors can be in with a chance of winning the Stunt Zone competitions for a passenger ride with Paul Swift by following the Wings & Wheels social networks on Facebook (Wings & Wheels at Dunsfold Park) and Twitter (@DunsfoldPark) for all the latest information and offers.
