Wings & Wheels Team Expands

Dunsfold Park is delighted to welcome two new recruits to the Wings & Wheels team, Emily Hooton and Elly Aitken.
Plans for the 10th annual Wings & Wheels have got off to a flying start with confirmation from the RAF that the Red Arrows, Tucano and Tutor as well as iconic legends from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight - Lancaster, Spitfire and Hurricane - will all be part of the weekend's aviation line-up.

The sensational summer event for the whole family, Wings & Wheels, returns on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th August 2014 at Dunsfold Aerodrome in Surrey (home to BBC's Top Gear) to celebrate its 10th show. Famous favourites in the air and on the ground will blow your mind, whilst the attractions and Zones in the Arena will keep you entertained and buzzing with delight the WHOLE weekend.

Wings & Wheels win Hero Award

On Friday 18th October 2013 the Wings & Wheels team was delighted to be presented with a Help for Heroes, Hero award ‘For Outstanding Support To Our Wounded’. Along with 30 other nominees, the team visited the Recovery Centre at Tedworth House in Tidworth, Wiltshire for an evening of contemplation and celebration.

Dunsfold Park Ltd and Brooklands Museum were delighted to welcome the last Vickers VC10 to its new permanent home today (Tuesday 24 September 2013) at the famous Surrey airfield. The VC10, which carries the RAF serial number ZA150, was the very last VC10 of 54 built at Brooklands in the 1960s and was one of the last two flying with the RAF from Brize Norton in Oxfordshire and retired this week after completing a total of 43,400 flying hours.

Dunsfold Park Ltd and Brooklands Museum are pleased to announce that the last Vickers VC10 will arrive tomorrow (Tuesday 24th September) at its new permanent home, the famous Surrey airfield. The ninth consecutive Wings & Wheels started in the wet and finished in glorious sunshine as over 28,000 visitors turned up on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th August to enjoy the displays.

Brooklands Beauties

Brooklands Museum has over 180 cars taking part in the motoring demonstrations this weekend including entrants from Porsche 911, Dodge Monaco, TVR Tasmin 280i, Ducati Mutistrada 1200s, Ferrari F355 Berlinetta, Ford GT40, Lotus Elise 49 and the stunning Benetton F1 B190. We take a closer look at some of the beautiful machines and their owners who’ll be on display.
