Is there any public transport to get to the event?
Unfortunately the local public transport does not operate over the weekend. The nearest train stations are Godalming and Guildford and you would then need to hire a taxi to reach the airfield.

Can I make group booking?
| Yes, we offer a group booking discount of 10% for parties with over 10 adults, please call 01483 542226 in order to make this booking. |
What times are the aircraft flying?
The times for the airshows have not been released as yet. Please check back nearer the time of Wings & Wheels to see what time particular displays are taking place.

Is the Vulcan at Wings & Wheels 2010?
Yes! The Vulcan will be flying on both days.

Are the Red Arrows flying on both days?

Do you sell concession tickets?
No. We do not have reduced priced tickets for concessions.

Do you sell weekend passes?
We do not sell weekend passes. Two separate tickets for both Sunday and Monday would have to be purchased.

What happens if I miss the day my ticket is valid for? Can I come the following day?
Tickets are only valid for the date which is shown on them. If you turn up on a different day to that specified on your ticket you will have to purchase another one at the ‘On The Day’ price.

Will I incur a booking fee?
| All online and phone payments will include a £2.00 booking fee. If you pay with cash at our ticket outlets no additional booking fee will apply. |
Where can I buy tickets?
Either on the phone: 0871 230 5572, in person at Guildford Tourist Information Centre, Cranleigh Village Hospital Shop or Dunsfold Pak Estate Office, or online at www.wingsandwheels.net and clicking on the Tickets tab.

Do you have a drop off point or taxi set down?
Yes. Please enter through either of the two gates and follow signage and marshals directions to the drop off zone. Local taxi firms familiar with Dunsfold Park include Speedwells 01483 423333; Jake Private Hire 01403 786818 or Ashby Private Hire 01483 860700. Alternatively hire Scoot2Boot on 07769 886670 for a personal driver to take you and your car home.

Which gate do I enter from?
| Entrance to Wings & Wheels is via two different entrances – please follow event signage on the day. Please note Stovolds Hill entrance will be closed. |
What time will the gates open?
On both Sunday and Monday admissions are from 9am, with the Airshow finishing at 6pm. Gates will be closed at 7pm.

Can I take pictures/film?
| Yes, still photography and videos may be taken throughout the day. |
Can I have a BBQ?
| For health and safety reasons we are unable to allow any BBQ's or naked flames (including candles) on the showground. |
Do you have reserved seating?
There is no reserved seating, however grandstand tickets are available for purchase on the day at £10 each.

Can I reserve space for my party on the Showground?
| We are unable to reserve spaces in advance. Space is taken on a first come first served basis. |
Will the event go ahead if it rains?
| The event is not weather dependent and will go ahead even if the weather is poor. We recommend visitors dress appropriately for the time of year and weather on the day. |
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Picnics are welcome; however we do offer a full complement of concessions where visitors will be able to purchase food, drink and other refreshments.

Are dogs allowed?
No. Unfortunately, no dogs will be admitted, except for official assistance dogs.

Is there parking on site?
Yes. Free car parking is provided on the site.

Is there parking for the disabled?
Yes. Parking for disabled badge holders is provided close to the public arena.

Is the showground suitable for wheel chairs?
All of the showground area is grass, which may not be suitable for wheelchairs.
Renta Scoota have generously agreed to provide those requiring assistance with mobility scooters for their day at Wings & Wheels.
If you would like to have the use of a scooter for the day, please call Dave at Renta Scoota on 02392 240335 to pre-book your scooter for free, quoting Wings & Wheels. Please note that booking a scooter at the Show will incur a £20.00 charge - so book in advance!

Is there camping on site?
