Trade Stands
Wings & Wheels is an exceptional family day out, showcasing some of the finest civil and military aircraft displays in the UK, combined with an astounding line up of record breaking cars and motoring displays.

Wings & Wheels provides excellent opportunities for both display and trade stands within the public showground on the Sunday of the August Bank Holiday weekend!

A variety of stand sizes are available to accommodate you and we are very happy to discuss any individual requirements with you in detail.

Access All stand holders must be in place by 08:30am on Sunday 24th August 2008.

Access will be available for setting up between 9am and 6pm on Saturday 23rd August 2008.
Health & Safety It is the sole responsibility of each exhibitor to comply fully with Health & Safety Legislation together with all Fire Regulations. In addition, each exhibitor, or contractor appointed by an exhibitor, must carry full insurance against risks including public and employers' liability. The organisers are required to obtain and verify copies of insurance documents and risk assessments for all exhibitors and contractors.

These documents should be enclosed with your booking form and sent to the organisers at the time of booking.
Litter Exhibitors must ensure that their site and immediate area be free from litter. Your co-operation in this matter is important as litter is a danger to aircraft.
